How to apply Bold, Italic and Underline commands in Microsoft Word 365

 Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use bold, italic, and underline text formatting in Microsoft Word 365:

1. Open Microsoft Word 365

  • Launch Microsoft Word 365 and open a new or existing document.

2. Highlight the Text

  • Select the text you want to format by clicking and dragging your mouse over it.

3. Applying Bold

  • Option 1: Click the B icon in the ribbon under the "Home" tab.
  • Option 2: Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + B (Windows) or Cmd + B (Mac).

4. Applying Italic
